A few words from our head chef

Everyone Stadshotell welcome at Skara Stadshotell —business travelers, groups of friends, soccer teams, wedding guests, food lovers, and everyone else. Here, we aim to offer food that suits all kinds of people and occasions. It’s important to me to build a dynamic team that loves to cook and create an atmosphere that’s open and respectful. At the hotel, we have a fine dining room, a bar, and a cozy café that serves food around the clock. My goal is for the food to reflect the small community we live in and appeal to everyone who visits us.
