Come experience the magic of Christmas in our beautiful banquet hall, where we serve a classic Christmas buffet featuring carefully selected ingredients, candlelight, live music, and a warm atmosphere.
The evening begins with a festive mulled wine reception before it’s time to enjoy all the flavors of Christmas. Troubadour David Paulsson provides the musical entertainment, creating the perfect setting for a memorable experience.

We start with the delicacies of the sea. Herring in a variety of styles, from classic mustard herring to zesty chili & lime, as well as gravad, poached, and hot-smoked salmon served with homemade sauces such as hovmästarsås, dill mayonnaise, and lemon mayonnaise.
Egg halves topped with shrimp and pickled vegetables add a splash of color to the start.

The cold buffet features succulent Christmas ham with lingonberry sauce, smoked reindeer steak, roast beef with horseradish sauce, Skåne onion sausage, and other cold cuts featuring flavors from both Västergötland and Norrland.

Among the hot dishes, you’ll of course find classics like meatballs, mini sausages, and Jansson’s Temptation, along with honey-ginger spare ribs, mushroom omelets, and chicken meatballs. Everything is prepared with care and holiday cheer.

The vegetable tables are bursting with color and flavor, featuring everything from roasted root vegetables with herbs to red cabbage with apples, baked beets, brown beans, and a variety of salads. Of course, there’s also delicious bread, crispbread, malt bread, and whipped brown butter.

The finale is something truly special—a dessert table brimming with sweet treats. Ris à la Malta, Skåne cheesecake with cloudberry jam, chocolate mousse cake, truffles, gingerbread cookies with blue cheese, and little Christmas treats that bring the evening to a perfect close.
