Here you will find all the information you need before your visit – everything from where to park to safety and accessibility.
Skara Stadshotell is placed in central Skara, not far from E20 and right next to the beautiful Skara Cathedral.
To avoid stress, we recommend arriving in good time. We open the doors one hour before the event starts, and you can take the opportunity to have a drink, mingle, or enjoy our unique art collection by Lars Lerin, which is located throughout the hotel.
At Skara Stadshotell, we have 16 parking spaces directly adjacent to the hotel. If you have an electrical car, it is possible to charge here. There are also several other parking lots in Skara that can be used.
Make the evening even better by enjoying a good dinner before or after the event. In our restaurant Julia, you can choose everything from small dishes and intermediate dishes to desserts – all made from local ingredients.
Are you traveling from far away or just want to treat yourself with a comfortable night at a hotel? We offer everything from single rooms to four-bed rooms. We have more luxurious Superior rooms and suites, but also simpler and cheaper accommodations such as our Stay & Go rooms.
Do you want to leave your outerwear or bag? Right next to the venue, you will find our wardrobe.
There are wheelchair spaces in the Congress Hall and escorts can join free of charge. We have accessible toilets and disabled parking (don’t forget to bring your parking permit). Unfortunately, there is no hearing loop.
There are 5 emergency exits in the venue. We also have fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, and speaking evacuation alarms. A defibrillator is available at our reception at the hotel.
Refunds are only made for canceled events. Fees from ticket providers are not refunded.
